The Ambassador Principle © is based on the premise that each and every one of us is an ambassador for ourselves, for our colleagues, for the brand and for our organisation. Some are born with ambassadorial skills. It is in their DNA. They are the minority. Another group are technically excellent but cannot sell. Provided they bring no harm to the corporate or firm culture, they are best left in their comfort zone.
